How do I create an account?
Click on the Account User icon or visit the link: https://stockout.com.pk/account/login and choose “Create an account”. Fill out the required information and then click on “Create Account”. Note: Orders can be placed without creating an account.

Why should I sign up?
By signing up, you will be able to access and manage your account information and you will not have to enter your details every time you shop with us. We will also keep you updated with our new arrivals and offers.

Can I edit my account details?

How can I recover my password?
Click on the “Forgot Password” option on the Login page. Enter your email address in the box and select submit. You will be sent an email with instructions on how to retrieve your password.

Will I receive an online security email every time I place an order with you?
Although online security is implied for each order and the confirmation procedure is one- time for account information, if you are utilizing a different debit/credit card, your request will be subjected to online security confirmation once more.

How can I place an order?
Click on the product you want to order, choose your size and click on “Add to Bag”. Once all items you wish to purchase have been added to your bag click on “Checkout”. Fill in your contact information and continue the shipping method. After selecting the delivery options click on “Complete Order”. Note: Orders can be placed without creating an account.

What if a product is out of stock?
If a product is unavailable it will be marked as “Sold Out”. You can only place an order for items that are currently in stock

Unfortunately no, we only reserve an item once an order has been placed

No you can’t change your order once placed. However, you can cancel your order and place a new one instead.

Can I get an image of the defected piece?
Yes, we will share an image of the article as required by the customer once via whatsapp.

Can I visit your store?
No, currently we are operating as an online store only and do not have a retail outlet.

How do I redeem a Gift card or discount code?
To redeem a promotional code, simply type in or copy the code into the ‘Gift card or discount code’ text bar on the checkout page.


Can I get an article reserved for me in stores before formal checkout? Regartfully this service is currently not available, Further you can Call/Whatsapp us at +923107771501  and they will facilitate you with your reservation

Do you ship worldwide?
Currently we only offer delivery in Pakistan. However, we will soon be adding international shipping.

How many times will the courier agent return for delivery if he finds me unavailable?
The courier agent will attempt to deliver your order twice or as per the policy of our courier partner. After the second attempt the order will be sent back to us.

Are Order ID and Tracking ID the same thing?
No. Order ID is provided when the order is placed. Tracking ID is generated by our courier partners and given when the order is fulfilled/dispatched delivery process.

How many days does it take for orders to be delivered?
Please allow a period of 3 - 5 business days from the time of order for your products to be delivered & next day delivery for Lahore orders.

What payment methods do you offer?
We offer cash on delivery (COD)

Are all prices inclusive of GST?
Yes, all our product prices are inclusive of GST.

Can I pay COD with a cheque?
Unfortunately, for logistical reasons, we only accept cash for COD orders.

What are your delivery charges?
Nationwide PKR 150 delivery charges are applied on all orders.

Is cash on delivery (COD) available all over Pakistan?
Yes, COD is available across Pakistan
